The pirates got stuck in some stormy seas - so the March update is a little late!
We have fixed (again) the Contingent Search function - so you can easily find some basic details of contingents that are attending Cubjam from across the UK.
We have launched some updated information sheets:
A2 - Adults at Cubjam
C1 - Camping at Cubjam
O1 - Cubjam Outing
P1 - Payments for Cubjam
T1 - Travelling to Cubjam
We have made some improvements to the contingent area - you can now see the payments you are due to make, and also let us know your preferences for the day outing (see Info Sheet O1 - Cubjam Outing)
Coming Soon will be details of the information we need from your contingent and your participants and how we need that information sent to us.
We will have a bigger update with just 365 days to go - but just to let you know that we're still afloat!
Thank you for all the treasure you've sent the pirates in the past few weeks - we still have plenty of space in the hold for more if you haven't yet sent your deposits yet.
We have fixed the Contingent Search function - so you can easily find some basic details of contingents that are attending Cubjam from across the UK.
Once you have paid your deposit you will be able to login to the Contingent Area to print your receipts. You need to use the last 8 digits of your eventbrite reference number, and the security code you gave us when you signed up.
You will notice we have assigned contingents into pirate ships (subcamps) now - however the pirates are still haggling over this - so it is subject to change. If you wish to pair up with a contingent - please contact us so we can make sure the pirates don't separate you.

To confirm your registration you will need to pay a deposit for every Cub.
Don't worry if you have to guess your numbers, as long as at least half attend, you will NOT loose any deposits.
If you pay your deposits by 28th February 2012 and make all future payments promptly - you will save £5/Cub on your final payment.
